PLYReader.net

PLYReader.net is a small .NET console program in C# that reads PLY point-cloud files stored as binary little-endian. It parses the text header to find the vertex count and properties. It then reads each vertex's x, y and z coordinates (as doubles) and its red, green and blue colour (as bytes), and prints them readably. He wrote it while working on PLY in Unity.
