From Chaipat's knowledge graph
Personal APT repository is an experiment in building Debian packages and hosting them in a signed APT repository, the format apt install reads from. It packages a hello-world program for ARM64, builds the repository's Packages, Release and signed InRelease index files with a shell script, and includes the public GPG key that machines need in order to trust it.
His mops tool is also packaged as a .deb.
